• Valid WSIB coverage
• Liability insurance
• Reliable transportation and necessary tools/equipment
• Strong attention to workmanship and jobsite cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and complete projects to company standards
• Professional and dependable communication

Subcontractors must be able to provide proof of required insurance and WSIB coverage before beginning work.
