Delivery is available within 50 km of Kitchener-Waterloo for all applicable exterior building materials, including custom seamless eavestrough runs right at your project site.
Yes! Anyone is welcome to purchase from us. We supply premium exterior materials to local contractors, builders, and homeowners tackling DIY projects.
We offer delivery within 50 km of Kitchener-Waterloo. Delivery fees vary depending on your location (see details below).
Delivery charges are calculated per trip and are separate from your material costs. For orders that meet our delivery minimums, our standard fees are:
If your project is located outside of these specific areas, contact our office and we will determine a fair delivery price.
For over-the-counter purchases you pick up, there is no minimum order requirement. You are welcome to buy a single piece of trim or a full load of siding. For deliveries, we do require a minimum order total. Deliveries within 20 km of our shop require a $170 minimum, and deliveries between 20 and 35 km require a $200 minimum. These minimum totals include your materials and the delivery fee before taxes. If your order falls short of the delivery minimum, you can always pick it up in-store, add more items, or pay a small service fee to cover the difference.
We do not currently sell roofing products directly. However, we do offer professional roofing services in Kitchener-Waterloo and area. Rick MacDonald is a GAF Master Elite Certified Contractor.

We carry top-quality siding, seamless eavestroughs, custom windows, and all the finishing accessories you need from trusted brands like Gentek, Kaycan, and Mitten.
Rick MacDonald’s retail store offers the same contractor-grade exterior building materials and supplies that our own professionals install every day, in a wide range of colours and styles. Big box stores do not always carry these product lines or colour-matched accessories. We also offer services like eavestrough runs right at your job site.
